General Manager
Neil Lampton
Neil Lampton embodies and instills success for achieving innovative solutions that meet client objectives. His big-picture creativity is matched by contagious attention to detail, inspiring his teams to synergistic results in the delivery of enterprise services, where Neil couples insight with oversight throughout tiag's entire Enterprise Services Portfolio.
During a decade of experience advancing mission-critical projects within Department of Defense organizations, Neil has adroitly accomplished complex implementation and management of enterprise level programs and technology. Through these endeavors Neil has forged a unique level of empathic kinship with customers and clients who turn to him repeatedly over the years, keeping him in their inner-circle as an advisor and trusted confidante on current and future initiatives. He is known for his precise, on-target pinpointing of areas of operations where incremental as well as exponential improvements have simultaneously lowered costs and boosted productivity for federal clients. These pro-active measures routinely spur talented individuals to work collaboratively and cohesively, seeking new ways to model excellence through a process of continuous innovation. The enterprise solutions Neil’s teams have deployed to date consistently illuminate every project in the portfolio, attesting to his sterling, undaunted leadership.
Neil’s capacities have grown at TIAG, where his stature as a communicator and empowering leader has risen in tandem with an upward and swift career trajectory. Early on Neil provided sole management and technical support to the Ft. Huachuca Directorate of Information Management. It was in this setting that his relentless focus on delivering real business value via greater efficiency in the use of technology first spawned new tools with wide-reaching implications, most notably a customized solution designed and implemented to track the expenditures of the Visual Information Department, which automated billing for reimbursable expenses.
Neil replicated these early triumphs at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he served as the technical and management lead implementing and supporting technology improving patient care for over 529,000 beneficiaries. Neil’s eye for creative solutions led him to alight upon an innovative gamechange: a means to enhance VPN security, facilitate solder medical reviews securely, and revolutionize the remote deployment and sustainment of client assets across 22 states.
Leveraging this considerable force for setting new, exceptional standards, Neil has taken on management and delivery of numerous key contracts. But never one to lose touch with the people and technological tools that drive his business, Neil has immersed himself in the execution of his most complex and challenging engagements, continuing to drive his teams forward towards vivid success. As a venerable client-roster will attest - including Army Materiel Command, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and the Northern Region Medical Command, among others – Neil is a thought-leader in the design and implementation of federal enterprise service desks. He was also a fulcrum of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center’s datacenter migration project that successfully moved the Army’s largest treatment facility to the first DoD hospitals in the national capital region.
Prior to his start with the company, the potential and promise of Neil’s illustrious career were seeded at the U.S. Army at Tobyhanna Army Depot. There, in the midst of day-to-day experiences as a technician, he was already crystallizing the customer-centric ideals and technology focus that would reveal significant and ongoing contributions to his clients, his teams, and the field.
